Vector Export for space fill and surface molecules in Marvin

Hi,

I am using Mac OSC 10.11.56

 

I want to export vector graphics for some molecules. The MarvinSketch molecules should be shown with spacefill option but I only get the ball and stick versions after exporting even though space fill is activated in MArvnSketch and I see a nice space filled molecule.

In MarvinSpace a 3D model of my molecule with van der Wals surface can not be exported as a vector graphic.

Can anybody help me with this too issues or if not possible with Marvin any alternative it might be possible with.

Dear Andreas,

unfortunately the svg export of molecules with spacefill is not working at the moment in MarvinSketch. We have created a ticket in our backlog and we will get back to you when the issue is fixed.

The development of MarvinSpace has been discontinued. May be you can use the existing export, than use a free svg converter.

Sad to here that MarvinSpace has been discontinued. Is there an alternative for MarvinSpace?

None of the Chemaxon products replaces MarvinSpace,  I am afraid.
