"Reset to Default" format translates coordinates to origin

steps to reproduce:

1) open msketch 16.7.11

2) draw ethane in center of msketch

3) right click on a carbon -> Format -> Reset To Default -> Ok

 

after this, that carbon has been unexpectedly translated to the origin.
