map numbers in images

Hello,





We want JChem to create a JPEG image of a molecule that includes the atom map numbers in the molecule. Your description of image export options in JChem does not include any way of showing atom map numbers in the resulting image. We can do it through the MarvinSketch GUI; how do we do it with JChem methods?

Atom maps are included in the generated pictures. (Just tried.)





Can you send an example where it does not?

Bob is right.


Atom maps will not display on generated image if we use Molecule.toBinFormat method.


Currently, there is no option in image export to do it. We will complete it.

I'll try, but I'll probably forget the ones I already know. I'm already forgetting the few Czech phrases that I learned.





This feature will be available only in the next release, Marvin 4.1, correct?
