Problem creating custom label for Methyl - CH3 Groups

I am using marvinsketch on my Macs and I love the features it provides.

Current version I am working with is: Version 15.9.14.0 (15.9.14.0)

And here is my challenge. I know that I am able to display C-Atoms and make the also disappear using the edit --> preferences setting.

Usually I prefer "hidden" C-atoms, because the increase the clarity of a structure for my students.

But what if I want to "show" just certain labels? Can this be done?

e.g. methyl yellow.

I want the two "methyl-groups" attached to the N as CH3 and not as sticks. Can this be done selectively, without showing all the other C too?

Please help me how to do this - I am desperate and I can't find the clue how to do this.

hello,

Please go to the View >>> Implicit Hydrogens and activate the "on hetero" option there.

best regards,

It works! I feel so happy about my "methyl groups" finally showing like I want.

I attached the picture - many thanks from bavaria.
