If I change my MarvinSketch 15.8.10 document style settings to make bold bonds 2 pts wide, and then I copy a structure from MarvinSketch and paste it into PowerPoint, the new document settings don't carry over, and the bold width in the copied drawing is back to the default value of 6 pt.
