MarvinSpace

Hi,

 

Is there are way to rotate part of the molecule in MarvinSpace, or even make an animation of the rotatine process. As the drug structure showed below, it is a long rotatable sturcture and I want to show how flat it can be with some bonds rotate at certain angle (so no whole molecule but part of it). Any other suggestions to show that would be also help.

Hi, 

Unfortunately we don't have such partial rotation in MarvinSpace. You can only rotate the whole molecule.
