Using MarvinSketch in User interface

I am working on a project for building database for undergraduate chemistry and


teaching laboratories.





We built a database and now we are in the process of developing a user interface. We


would like to incorporate 2D structure drawing capability. For this we would like to


use marvin sketch and also marvin view to view the structures when queried.





We would like to know how we can incorporate marvin sketch and MArvin view into our


HTML and JSP pages. We would highly appreciate if you could provide us with this


information or direct us to someone who can be of help for us.

These JSP examples demonstrate how you can define a query on a database with MarvinSketch and display the query's results in MarvinView. (By the way, JChem package also includes Marvin.)
