Hi, by removing amino acids I don't mean all the amino acids in the template library, just select ones that I choose.

Hi,

unfortunately I am not sure I understand your question.

Do you mean you would like to delete certain amino acids from the Template Library?

Could you rephrase your question please?

Best regards,

I meant I would like to be able to remove specific amino acids from the template library. Like for example, I'd like to remove some of the non-proteinogenic ones such as ornithine from the default amino acid library, whilst keeping the other amino acids therein (i.e., not deleting the amino acid library all-together).

Hi,

unfortunatelly you can not edit the built in templates, however it is possible to delete them for one session but I think that is not what you need.

The built in templates are also not editable.

The only thing that I can suggest is to add a file to your template library, with the amino acids you want, name it as My Amino Acids or something you recognize, and use that template set.

To create such a file, you can place all the wanted templates into the canvas, and save them as separate structures into one file.

I hope this helps.
