atom color for aligned structures in Marvin Space

Hi,

I was wondering in Marvin Space, after 2 structures are already aligned, is there a way to change the color of the carbon atoms for 1 of the 2 structures? Any help that you can give is most appreciated.

Dear Velvet, 

First, I would like to call your attention to the fact that we do not support MarvinSpace anymore. You should use the Alignment Plugin in MarvinSketch instead, which provides the same features and renders the aligned molecules with different colours after the alignment process.
