When I enter text into a textbox, and I want to delete a character that I have just typed, the delete/backspace key has no effect. The workaround is to move the cursor to the left of the character I want to delete, then to use the delete/forward key. But this procedure is a pain in the butt. This bug is a fairly recent development. Using MacOS 10.9.5 and your demo of MarvinSketch 14.10.20 here.
