Foe e.g, I draw out a big molecule, then I select a side group (or any part within the molecule) with rectangle/lasso selection. I want to see the mass of the selected group but the mass calculator only give the mass of the whole molecule. And other than copy and paste, there's not much I can do on the selected group and information is limited. Could I change any setting to achieve that, or could the mass of the selected group automatically show up as in chembiodraw? It would be a useful function to see what fragments you might get from mass spec.
