Links from API to new documentation system not updated

While learning about the Cleaner API I tried to follow a link to the cleaning options, but instead of taking me to the specific page in the documentation, it took me to the new MarvinSketch documentation frontpage. I understand the documentation system is new and not all links have been updated. Is this something that has been missed or something that has not been gotten around to yet?
