See the attached picture. Note that the arrow doesn't appear to be pointing to the O atom, nor even to its electron shell. I would much prefer the arrow to point directly to the O atom, or at least to closer to it than is currently the case.

Sorry for the late reply.
You are right, I have created a task in our issue tracking system about this issue and I will let you know when we the fix is ready. However, it is really not easy to paint the arrow closer to the atom, without overlaping with the electrons.
