Problems exporting SVG from MarvinSketch

Hi, I am drawing a molecule in MarvinSketch and then I export it as SVG. The result is that the molecule is exported rotated/flipped and it is imposible to get it as originally I draw it, how can I solve it? Is anyone having the same problem?

I tried to reproduce it, but was unable to do so. Could you please specify which Marvin version did you use during the export ? What OS did you use when the problem occurred ? 

Also, does this issue happen for every molecule ? Or just in some specific cases ?

Hello, I am using MarvinSketch version 6.1.6 and the OS is Ubuntu 12.04. I didn't try with a lot of molecules, just a few and I had this problem when I draw 'by hand' (I mean, I am not obtaining the molecule by opening a molfile, but by drawing it).

I attach the .svg of a molecule that was exported rotated/flipped (I didn't draw it like it appears).
