turning off fog for exported files

Using Marvin Sketch 6.2.2 on Windows 7 Desktop.

I draw a lot of organometallic complexes and thus rely on Marvin Sketch's "rotation about (x,y,z) axis" tool to achieve the desired 3D perspective. I usually have fog turned off for clarity when preparing such figures (sometimes the wrong part of the molecule is fogged out).

When I copy/paste my structures into Word or export to .png, the fog settings do not maintain parity - see attached. It's not that big of a deal for the simple complex like the one I drew here, but it does impact the overall presentation of my structures when it comes to drawing big macrocyclic or dinuclear complexes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Dear Aircraft!

Unfortunately you can not change the fog settings of the exported picture. I have put this feature request to our todo list.

Best regards:

Dear Aircraft!

The fogFactor parameter for image export will be introduced in one of our upcoming releases. The version number will be 14.7.28.

The change will effect the "copy as" and the image export options as well.

István
