little Mac bug

When I do an action from the menu (e.g., show H atoms), the action doesn't take effect until I actually click in the MarvinSpace window. Often I wait for the action to take place before I click in the window. So I end up waiting a while until I realize that I need to click. The action should not require a further action on my part.

Thank you for the report, this and several similar refreshing problems will be fixed in the next version. A progress bar will also be available indicating long tasks.
