can't run installer nor any app in java 1.7.0_51

on mac osx 10.9,  java version "1.7.0_51"

I cannot run anything among marvin beans. There are no errors at all, the only thing I've found is this in the logs

Hello there,

First of all, did you try downloading the installer again ? The error can come from a damaged dmg file.

If this does not solve your problem then it might be a Gatekeeper problem. 

Go to Apple > System Preferences > Security & Privacty.

In the General section check the setting of Allow application downloaded from:

You can choose from 3 options:

• Mac App Store


• Mac App Store and identified developers


• Anywhere

Generally, the default value is the second. You have to set it to Anywhere to allow installer from any vendor (like ChemAxon).

I've tried different time, also tried gatekeeper.

I already have a version installed which I cannot run (I've the same errror)
