Cannot save edited structure in MarvinView

I open a SDF in MarvinView. I can edit a structure and save the selected structure in a SDF. The corrected structure appears in this SDF.

If I do "Save all", not the edited structure, but the original unedited structure is saved. I cannot edit one structure and save the corrected SDF.
