Dear Rahman,
I'm not quite sure what you mean under 'code license'. If you mean the API, that means that you want to implement it or alter it somehow. Unfortunately this is not available for free.
However, since you have academic background, you can apply for an academic license. We won't guarantee the API for you by default though!
