How do you get carbon symbols (C) to be used in structure

I'm trying to create a structure where C atoms are represented with the symbol, "C" instead of nothing and just left implied. Does anyone know how I can do this.

If you wish to change carbon visibility, go to "Edit->Preferences" and then go to "Structures" tab, and change carbon visibility from "Never" to "Always" or to "At straight lines and implicit H atoms".
