Saving a molecular dynamics movie

Dear ChemAxon folks and friends,

the molecular dynamics calculator plugin is awesome (MarvinSketch->Calculations->Conformation->Molecular Dynamics). I'd like to create a movie of an MD trajectory, but I couldn't find a way to save the frames generated by the plugin through the GUI.

Is there a way, maybe through the API, to save a movie (or at least the individual frames) created by the molecular dynamics plugin?

Hey Michael,

In molecular dynamics panel choose frames to generate, then in the new window, use save all option, and save it as an MRV. After that use molConverter, to get out images from the generated mrv. Use the -m switch, to generate image to every molecule.
