MarvinSketch 6.0.4 looses all labels of hetero atoms when exporting into cdx.
This may be seen when opening th exported file(s) with Chemdraw.
Same file re-opened with MarvinSketch shows all labels. - strange
Tested this with many structures and whole page syntheses sequences - same result.

Hi,
we have started to investigate the issue, me or one of my colleagues will answer for you soon.
Can you give us more information about the ChemDraw version you are using?
Regards,
Istvan

Hello again
we are using ChemDraw Pro 5.0, 6.0 and (some 7.0)
With 7.0 it leaves the labels intact but removes all formats given (font, bold etc). So when just opening and storing it in cdx format this information is lost.

I have checked a simple molecule with heteroatom with ChemDraw ulta version 12. It looked OK.
So as far as I undrestand I can reproduce the problem in the following way:
- Save a molecule containing heteroatom with special text formatting (bold, fonttype) in MarvinSketch to cdx format.
- Open the cdx file in ChemDraw Pro 5.0 6.0 7.0 which will not retain the text formatting.

Our next minor release, 6.1.1, will contain the fix.
Please note, that we have license only for ChemDraw 12 and 13, hence we cannot test it with earlier versions. Please let us know if you have problem with the earlier versions.
