Getting .MRV files for the amino acids

Hi,

Is there way for me to get MRV files for each of the amino acids from MarvinView? I tried importing them from the template library, ungrouping them, then saving as a a MRV file, but this doesn't work because one of the atoms always gets removed (I've previously opened a ticket about this).

I am attaching the file with L-aminoacids. This is what you wanted? (The trick: a have imported a list of them as name file (with .name extention) into MView then saved it as MRV). I hope it helps.
