select atom in MarvinView through API

Hi Guys,

In MarvinView, if I move mouse over or click an atom, a small blue circle displayed. Is there a way to do it through API? The reason is that we like to select multiple atoms through the codes?

We you can do currently to color the selected atom and bonds from the API.

Thanks for your reply. We actually experimented the coloring methods available in your reference example, but blue circle background looks better. Is there a way to do it currently anyway?

Currently the solution with the blue circles is not a part of the public API. I create a task to make this method public, but I am not sure when our team can finish it.
