Brackets

How do I create sensible looking brackets to describe repeating units? Everything I do gives really big brackets that look silly!

Hi,

when you hover over the bracket with the mouse, there will be small blue circles at the end of the bracket by moving them you can change the bracket size and position, however I have to admit that in certain constellations it is pretty hard to find the point where if you start dragging, you will move only the bracket.
