Fragmentation Tool

Is there functionality in Marvin Sketch similar to the Fragmentation Tool in Chemdraw?

We are using version 5.10 of Marvin currently but will upgrade to 5.12 soon. Windows XP.

We do not have any similar tool in Marvin Sketch, however we have it in JChem. You can find more information about JChem's fragmentation tool here.

Thank you for the reply.  I downloaded the Fragmentor tool but I do not see it in the list of available applications under JChem.  I see JChem Manager, Library MCS, Markush Viewer, Metabolizer, Reactor, Standardizer and Structure Checker.  How do I access it?

The fragmenter is located at [Installation Directory]\ChemAxon\JChem\bin.
