How do I scale down the size of reagents over a reaction arrow in Marvin sketch? For example Palladium catalysts take up a large amount of space compared to starting materials and products. They really need to be scaled down.

You cannot scale molecules/bonds in Marvin currently. The good news that we have been implemented this feature and it will be released in Marvin version 6.0 (issued by May). I will inform you when the beta version will be available.
