Conformations in MarvinSketch

maybe it's a silly question, but I'd like to know if the calculation of the lowest energy conformer in MarvinSketch is performed in gas phase.

Yes, 3D building and confomation search in MarvinSketch is
performed in gas phase (vacuum).
