Tautomerize removes some deuterium atoms

I am using the standalone Standardizer 5.9.1.  I have noticed that the tautomerize action in Standardizer removes some Deuterium atoms (though not all of them), resulting in incorrect output structures.  Tautomerization should never change the formula or molecular weight of structures.  Please fix.
