Combining structure checker and standardizer

Hi,

Is anyone able to say whether the structure checker and standardizer Java components can be combined easily?

We'd like to build a structure checking / fixing work flow that goes through multiple steps to both classify, standardize, and fix structures. However this seems to involve having multiple instances of the checker and standardizer, with lots of small configuration files, and we're a little concerned about the flexibility of this approach.

Any advice appreciated...

Please provide more details about the application and the workflow. We have to understand your needs better before we give advice.
