I am trying to use the clean 3D mode of the standardizer but for some reason it keeps failing, I cannot get it to carry out the clean. The following error message is what is displayed:

I don't think it's a Standardizer issue. I guess you don't have the rights to access the file C:\Program Files(x86)\ChemAxon\JChem\bin\Cleaned 3D\teastclean.sdf. Is this the output file? If yes, then try to place it somewhere else, e.g. into your home directory.
