Hi,

just a quck comment, the structure checker 5.5.0 after it internally captures errors (without telling the user) it will not follow the orders of the superuser and will refuse to close.

(1)

Take an example file C10H10.smi (ZIP)

https://www.chemaxon.com/forum/c10h10-download4881.zip

(2) add all checkers from  left --> right

(3) press next (CPU busy, nothing happens)

(4) remove all red options, press next (nothing happens)

(5) Try to close the program, (program refuses to close)

(6) Wonder whats going on, remove all checkers, close program

---> After trying combinations of everything i found out that the substructure checker is faulty

(It also says undefined, and when opened it will do nothing, not sure where the XML files are hidden to fix that)

This is Marvin 5.5.0 under WIN XP, JAVA 1.6

Cheers

Hi Tobias,

It's a bug, we already fixed it, the fixed verson  will be available in few days. Please, in 5.5.0 version don't use substructure checker. Sorry for the inconvenience.
