Structure Checker: Nitrogen Heterocycles w/ covalent salts

I'm using Structure Checker 5.4.0.0.  I ran three compounds containing covalent salts through the checker, using the Covalent Counterion Checker;  only one of the three compounds was successfully converted to the ionic form.   I'd like the Structure Checker to correctly convert these types of heterocyclic salts to the ionic form.

Thank you for the note, Tim, we will handle these salts in the next bugfix version.

I decided to see how these three examples performed in version 5.4.0.1 of the standalone structure checker.  Progress has been made in that all three molecules are now (correctly) identified as covalent salts.  But Convert to Ionic Form incorrectly leaves the nitrogen heterocycles with a +3 charge!   I hope that this can be fixed soon.

Dear Tim,

Thanks for your observation! We've fixed the issue and it will be available in the next minor release 5.4.1.
