java console

Dear all,

I am trying, on OSX, to standardize and generating a picture of each molecules from a whole file, in a batch manner.

Standardization part is running fine, but when I generate a png file by molconvert command line, the java console is always appearing in the dock and freezing everything in my computer until the process is not finished.

Do you have idea how to put in background that java console.

Can you describe how you called molconvert?

Please copy the command line statement here as you tried molconvert.
