Please see the attached file for four exceptions that Standardizer threw right around when we had a major performance slowdown in ACE. We are trying to figure out the cause of the slowdowns, and we were wondering whether Standardizer might have entered some unproductive infinite loop or something. I don't understand how these uninteresting query/target pairs could have caused ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsExceptions. Any insights?
It's also possible that these exceptions are symptoms, not causes, of the slowdowns.
