I'm using the Standardizer (5.3.0.2) and noticed that some compounds lost the Absolute flag after I ran them through using Mesomerize and then Neutralize. This should not happen!
In the attached example, the input structure has an Absolute flag; the output structure does not. The problem with the output structure is that it can represent either (a) absolute stereochemical configuration or (b) relative stereochemical configuration (i.e. the two ring substituents are cis).
Can this bug be fixed?
