Standardization error

Hi all,

I am trying to standardize a list of structures and it appears that some structures undergo unwanted transformations. The structure is:

COC1=C(N2[C@H](SC1)[C@H](NC(=O)[C@H](N)C1=CCC=CC1)C2=O)C(O)=O

after applying standardization the structure is:

COC1=C(N2C(O)[C@@H](NC(=O)[C@H](N)C3=CC=CC=C3)[C@H]2SC1)C(O)=O

in first structure before standardization there is no benzene ring but in the second structure there is one, I attached the configuration file used.

Yes , you are right. We are working on the solution of this problem in the background. I hope we are going to find a suitable solution asap.
