Customn group transformation

Hi, how can I have standardizer convert O- (the dash should represent a bond) to OMe?

Do you want to convert methoxy groups of molecules to abbreviated "OMe" form?

Yes

We have no standardizer action available for that at the moment, however it is on our todo list. You can currently ungroup abbreviated groups only, but no reverse process (identifying ligands and abbreviate them).
