How to check for valence errors?

Hi,


is it possible in the Standardizer GUI to check for valence errors


like a carbon with uncommon 5 bonds? In MSketch I get a little red marker.

Not yet, but we've just started the development of a new class library and utility called structure checker. It will be integrated in Standardizer as well, so you will be able to run it in check mode to provide a report about the errors and problems detected in molecules. Valence error is just one basic check of that.
