Standardize rule for Ammonium

Dear All,





I would like to find the different types of alkyl groups attached to N+ atom in a given molecule and remove the smallest alkyl group using standardize function.

Standardizer is a flexible tool for the modification of molecules including for converting mesomers and tautomers. It is just a canonicalization tool, not a selective virtual reaction software.





You can probably use Reactor for this task instead, and apply a Selectivity rule referring to the atomCount of the product.
