MDL Enhanced Stereo Representation

Hi,

I contemplate migrating thousands of structures to the MDL enhanced stereo representation where the global flag ABS has been switched to individual flag on each chiral atom.

Can this be done automatically ?

It is in our Standardizer task list. Will not be available in JChem 3.2, but we will implement it in the next JChem version. Is that feature urgent for you?
