AutoMapper class

Good morning,

Using the AutoMapper class to map a reaction and I'm facing a problem when I map the same reaction from different sources. From one source (S1), the map is correct, but from the other (S2), the map is incorrect.

I discover that if I change the order of the last line (3 7 1 0 0 0 0) to other place in the bonds block of S2, the reaction is correctly mapped.

But I still cannot understand why.
