Replace Atoms

Hi,

 

Can "Replace Atoms" work with SMARTS defined "Query Atom"?

I would like to Replace all: [CD3;R;$(C[#7][#6]=[#8])] with a [At] for example.

Right now "Replace Atoms" with such defined "Query Atom" replaces all C atoms with At.

 

If not with "Replace Atoms" can this be achieved with any other function in Standardizer?

Hi,

Use the Transform action with "Exact match query atom" option. See the attached screenshots.
Replace atoms cannot handle query atoms.
