HI,

Sorry about the error but can you give me more information - do you have a license file, have you installed it, what is the operating environment? Can you advise?

I assume if you are posting in this area you do have an academic package, if so can you tell me the license number or the email address you used to obtain (I notice your current email address is a commercial company, which would not be a suitable place to use the academic license.)

Cheers

Alex

Hi,

On the technical side I would like to ask you for the following information:

- The exact software version you are getting this error with. (e.g Marvin 5.1.2)

- Please send us the license file for analysis to support (at) chemaxon com. Please include in the subject "To Judit".

Thank you,

Szilard
