Dear All,
I am writing to you since I am using standardizer to manage a sulfonamide-based library. What I want to do is to start from a 2D structures of my library without explicit hydrogen and to convert the sulfonamide group into a deprotonated group. Something like that: -SO2-N —> -SO2-NH-.
How can I do that?
