Weather

In May we expect fair to hot weather with temperatures of 15-30°C, rain is possible as are cold spells. Clothing - in addition to your swim wear - which will be useful for the spa visits, you should bring a jacket and umbrella. I will be hoping that the weather will support shorts and tshirts.

Getting online

Wireless internet connection will be available throughout the event using a standard wireless LAN card (IEEE 802.1 1b,g). See the hotel reception for more information.

Contact information

General telephone information

Outside of Hungary you will call '+36' to get to Hungary ('+' indicates your country international access code, ie '00' or '011'), '1' denotes Budapest and landlines will usually be a 7 figure number, so the Gellert hotel main number would be '+36 1 889 5500'

Within Hungary - but outside Budapest (such as the airport) - you will call '06' for a national call '1' for Budapest and them the 7 figure number, so again the Gellert hotel would be '06 1 889 5500'

Within Budapest you will call only the 7 figure number '889 5500'

Hungarian mobile telephone numbers should be dialled completely, so Nora Lapusnyik's mobile number would be '06 70 229 9080' if called from any Hungarian land line. If calling from a foreign mobile telephone you should include the international dialing code for Hungary, so the number would be '+36 70 229 9080'.
