There is any possibility to test all the options included in Standarizer with an academic license?

Thank you a lot in advance for your attention.

Dear Marta,

The academic research license covers all ChemAxon products with few exceptions in some features. But regarding the Standardizer you can test all the options it has.

Please specify your question (how you want to use it, what do you missing etc.) if you have still doubts or other technical questions about the Standardizer.

Have a nice day,

Janos

The problem that I have is that when I use the Standarizer options, I get the mail "Function name- Not valid license found". So, I think that the problem comes from the license file, but after several proves, I don't know how to solve it.

Best wishes,

marta

Dear Alex,

I did it several times. Even the system admin installed the license. The problem persists; I can not use most of the Standarizer functionalities. I don´t know what can I do.

Thanks for your help,

marta

H IMarta,

I was not able to repeat your failure and the file was fine.

I am not sure if you realised but while repeating your issue I did have a siuation like yours - there was no dialogue and all the buttons were greyed out. This is correct (tho not particularly intuitive) and to move to the next stage I opened a new process by clicking on the "+" button (which was not greyed out but difficult to realise). Can I ask if this helps you.

If this does not help can you come back with your precise steps leading to your issue

Cheers
Alex

PS -  post here also a link to the Standardizer user manual, tho it is not clear on this issue (I suggest we clarify for the future)
