I wanted to use Instant JChem for my personal and educational purpose. However, at the moment I am not attached with any academic institute.
Can you help me with a license to use for my personal use.

I am afraid not, we can sell licenses or you can download and use the
free software:
- Marvin
- Instant JChem Personal
- limited functionality of all other products
Or you can use the licensed versions of some software we have on the site or public implementations on others sites
