I tried the key you gave me, but it is not working...I can not use the Markush enumerator.

HI Robert,

I think we are having duplicate discussions (here and on email). I would like to move the discussion here so other users can benefit directly.

Can you give me the full login information you are using, also tell me if you have made multiple academic package applications/usernames and if so which usernames or email addresses you used (I need to identify you before resolving your license state)

Please also notice that once you revisit and re-apply for the package (by submitting your application) your license immediately becomes inactive and needs to be re-accepted

Cheers

my username is rljackson and my emial is rljackson _at_ mednet.ucla.edu. I have applied for 3 academic packages (I assumed you needed seperate licenses for each package).

HI Robert,

I am not sure which 3 packages you refer to, can you give more information. In general we have either academic package for tecah, research or both, a single aplication is required.

If you have applied 3 times then wither you are using 3 separate usernames or you have revisited the same application 3 times (was the form pre-filled when you arrived the second and third times)?

Cheers

I used only one username and all academic keys were prefilled.

Can you try to access the link again. Your license is active currently. I can see no other users with your username and email address.

Let me know how it goes

HI Robert,

You should not need to convert at all, just use the file. See this thread for more info and help: http://www.chemaxon.com/forum/forum81.html

I have tried saving the license key as a .dat, .cxl, etc. I have tried dragging it directly to the key manager...it does not work.

HI Robert,

If you have looked at the topics in the License forum (http://www.chemaxon.com/forum/forum81.html) can I ask you to post your questions there.

In general I think you should give much more information about your operating system and actual events when posting - this really helps the moderators understand your problem and fix it without too much too and fro communication. Of course reviewing the existing support materials (manuals, forum topics) before posting is the best way as always

Hope you sort this out soon

Cheers
