I applied for academic package license yestoday , but I have make a mistake with my personal email addresses, sorry. today , I have correct it . but can I ask have I fit the condition? if yes , when can I receive the license key? if not , can you tell me what is the problem? thanks.

Sorry for the big delay in responding - we have been distracted with our User Group Meeting last week.





I looked at the applications and I can't see license ID 2885 nor your email address, did you delete your application?





If you re-apply I do not expect any delays in processing applications.

Sorry do not apply again, your application is accepted, applying again will automatically inactivate your license (until I accept again). PLease try the link again (the link in the email I have sent today).

I sent the acceptance to "Bertrand.LEGERETatuniv-bpclermont.fr" which is the address you give in your application. Please check that we are not blocked by any firewall or antispam software.





I cannot send to non academic institutions as this is the check that your application is legitimate

hi , thanks again. but "Bertrand.LEGERETatuniv-bpclermont.fr" is my chef's email address , he is on vacation now. So I can't see the letter . liz_at_poste.isima.fr is my institution email address.


I am sorry for my mistake. because when I applied, I didn't know which email address I should give you,so forgive me, please. if it is possible , please send me a mail to my institution email address, if not , I will wait for my chef come back from vocation.

Thats fine I sent the keys to your address, if you are the primary user then would like to update your application with your contact information, I send out information irregularly to subscribers and would not want to surprise Bertrand.
